Most waste pickers are either uneducated or have low levels of primary education. This remains unchanged for their children as most of them drop out of school to supplement family income. They face social stigma and discrimination coupled with lack of access to mainstream schools, and their learning levels are usually lower than their peers from privileged backgrounds.

- Engage with parents and community to create a learning environment, focused on academics as well as extra-curricular activities like dance, sports and digital literacy
- Assessment of our children through personalized adaptive learning and individual support to improve functional literacy and numeracy
- Provide access to digital tools and the best tech solutions to our children and teachers to enable them to be future-ready
- Mobilize and mainstream children who have dropped out of school into age-appropriate classes in schools
- Support youth and adults to complete their schooling or higher education
