Sunil Pote

Sunil had been an active participant in “Rashtra Seva Dal and Chatra Bharti” during his college days. He formed and established Yuva Mitra in 1995. He has worked in the corporate sector for 5 years and educational field for 2 years. He is working as the president in Yuva Mitra since 2006. Along with managing Yuva Mitra, he is known as an expert in the field of formation of farmer’s production company and water users association. He is also associated with NABARD’s Nabkisan Finance. Ltd as an active Director.

Ms. Dipika Kashyap

Dipika Kashyap served as the Country Leader and Head Strategy, Business Planning and Operations for Oracle India. She has two decades of rich industry experience in multiple domains including Sales, Strategy, Business Development, in organizations such as Oracle Corporation, Dell Services, GE and Reliance, amongst others.

Dia Maria Pinto

Dia is certified Senior Teacher and Yoga Therapist with a specialisation in Yoga for children, teens & children with special needs. Her teaching & exploration of over 15 years in Yoga, is grounded in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya, involving an interesting mix of Kalari, breath-work, chanting, mindful flow based asanas & reflective practices

Anurag Kashyap

An engineer-MBA by qualification, Anurag has more than 25 years of experience in diverse fields-from tennis coaching to selling pagers, internet and mobile connections;  from advising governments on Public Private Partnerships to designing and implementing CSR programs. He is now helping children with special needs and working with waste-pickers and promoting social entrepreneurship.

Ms. Tahira Kashyap Khurrana

Tahira is an award-winning author, film-maker and an educationalist with interests in drama and script-writing. She did her masters in mass communication and was the production head of a radio channel before shifting her interests to movies. She is involved with a number of social causes

Mrs. Aruna Handa

Mrs. Handa taught Zoology in the Government Home Science College for more than 30 years. She is involved with a number of social causes

Dr. (Mrs.) Meena Kashyap

Dr. Meena Kashyap, has a doctorate in Botany and taught in the Government Home Science college, Chandigarh for 25 years. She was part of the State Legal Services Authority, Chandigarh. She is involved with a number of social causes, including blood donation.

Arun Nagpal

An Engineer-MBA with 30 years of diverse Corporate experience spanning multiple industries and functional areas including at the leadership levels, Arun then turned Social Entrepreneur to pursue his passion of bringing in the same rigor and discipline of the Corporate world into the Development Sector. He is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Mrida, a Social Business Venture that he set up with two other co-founders in 2014. Mrida works in remote rural areas, using agriculture, energy access, skill development, health and related interventions as development triggers. As a systems integrator/catalyst, it then uses these triggers to facilitate community engagement, livelihoods, women’s empowerment, education and so on, leading to all round development.

Suresh Khanduri

Suresh Khanduri has been working on  socio- environmental & livelihood aspects of  community-lead  water and sanitation projects, support by governments, bilateral- multilateral & CSR agencies, for more than three decades.

Ms. Vibha Puri Das, IAS (retd)

Vibha Puri Das completed her stint of 37 years with government, in December,2013, having worked as Secretary Government of India,  for over 4 years, in the Ministries of Human Resource Development, and Tribal Affairs. Vibha served in diverse assignments with distinction, both in the state and Union government after graduating from Political Science from Jawahar Lal University. Vibha Puri Das is a life member of the INTACH, IIPA, and has worked with and alongside multilateral agencies, on issues of child labour, food safety, human rights for underprivileged. She works as Electricity Ombudsman, an appellate body for grievance redress in Uttarakhand. She is presently associated with development organisations in Dehradun and elsewhere in different capacities, eg. Himmothan Pariyojana,  Latika Roy Foundation, Sustainable Development Forum, Uttarakhand, the Bhasha Trust, Vadodara, and Aide et Action, France.

Rajan Kashyap, IAS (retd)

Mr. Rajan Kashyap, IAS served as the Chief Information Commissioner for Punjab. Mr. Kashyap has been a member of the Indian Administrative Service for 38 years. He served as Chief Secretary to the Government of Punjab. as well as Principal Secretary for Finance, Government of Punjab. Mr. Kashyap served in the Ministry of Home Affairs, India. During his various appointments with the Punjab Government, he promoted the adoption of various forms of public-private partnership. He served as an Independent Director of Escorts Heart Centre Limited. He served as a Non Executive Independent Director of Fortis Healthcare Ltd. Mr. Kashyap graduated with an MA in English from Punjab University and has a Master’s of Philosophy degree in Development Economics from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.

Balbir Singh

Balbir Singh is one of the youngest Senior Counsel in India. The Delhi High Court designated him Senior Advocate in May 2015, at the age of 42 years. He has extensive experience of 18 years at bar. He practices before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India. He is a member of the Bar Association of Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India and International Bar Association

Osama Manzar

Osama Manzar is a global leader on the mission of eradicating information poverty from India and global south using digital tools through Digital Empowerment Foundation, an organisation he founded in 2002. A British Chevening Scholar and an International Visitors Leadership Program Fellow of the US State Department, Osama is a social entrepreneur, author, columnist, angel investor, mentor, and sits on several government and policy committees in India and outside working in the areas of Internet, access, and digital inclusion. Osama has instituted 10 awards for recognising digital innovations for development.

Dr. Rajat Chauhan

Dr. Rajat Chauhan is a trained sports medicine & a musculo-skeletal expert and runs Back 2 Fitness clinic in Delhi where he works with athletes to common man on achieving optimum level of physical fitness and help them achieve their goals He is the founder, creator of La Ultra – The High, the highest ultra marathon in the world. The idea was conceived in 2009 after he moved to India from London and planned to continue his love for ultra running.

Pradeep Singh

Pradeep Singh served as Advisor – Infrastructure Development to the Government of Jammu & Kashmir. He was the CEO – Mohali Campus, and Deputy Dean of the Indian School of Business. Prior to joining ISB in 2013, he worked as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of IDFC Projects where he was dedicated to developing, financing, executing and managing infrastructure projects in India. Earlier, he was the CEO of the infrastructure development business of the IL&FS group, working in partnership with the private sector, state governments and with the Government of India for ten years. He has also been a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and held different leadership positions in state and central governments for seventeen years.

Rajeev Ahal

Rajeev studied in Jammu, Sanawar in Himachal and Delhi. Forfeiting a conventional career, he lived and worked with tribal communities in Nadurbar in Maharashtra. He returned to Himachal where he established and supported a host of initiatives and NGOs in the fields of environmental, social and economic development, while also advising on a number of government and bilateral development programmes. He moved in 2004 with his family to Lesotho and Ghana in Africa, where he advised the establishment of its first ever Local Government system. He moved to Mumbai in 2011, helping establish developmental projects throughout India for the social inclusion wing of IL&FS. In 2016, he went back to working for GIZ, an international development agency. His thirty years of rural development work has seen Rajeev travel across 21 countries and most corners of India, experiencing the varied contexts of these societies. He currently lives in Delhi, dividing time between his passion for his work and for bird watching, photography, travelling and reading.
